Q.How will you decide if my window needs repair or renewal?

A.Preferably, we will make a close inspection using such techniques as removal of the beading and moisture meters. If that is not possible we will make best endeavours to provide you with the most accurate assessment prior to the project getting underway.

Q.How likely is it that your estimate will vary?

A. Paxton's estimates will reflect and true and fair price for undertaking the work prior to the project taking place. Where the actual condition of the windows or joinery is actually materially different from what was anticipated, you must expect that costs may vary. On discovery, we will discuss this with you and we will request your assent to proceed.
