Commercial Terms

By signing and returning Paxton's estimate you accept Paxton's Terms and Conditions and fees. Full details with estimates.

Paxton will require a deposit of 40% of the estimated cost, including VAT, in advance. Where works exceed £4,000 further stage payments will be required.

Final settlement is due on completion.

Paxton provides a FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE on all new joinery and a one year guarantee on all repairs. This is subject to fair wear and tear and other external causes, such as subsidence, heave and landslip.

N.B. Where customers choose to decorate but do not complete weather-resistant gloss finishing, Paxton shall not be liable.

Paxton has £5m public liability and £10m Employer liability insurance.
