How we work We are happy to discuss what you want to achieve by phone. We can give you a rough outline estimate of cost, to see if the work meets your expectations and budget. We will gladly attend your home to review and provide a specific quotation, which we will forward to you. This is free and without obligation. We'll advise you of the lead times to undertake the project. What you accept is what you'll pay no matter how many visits we make, subject to any amendments or additions agreed with you in Writing. Paxton operates a strict Commissions Queuing policy. On your acceptance you will join the back of the Queue. This policy is based on extensive customer experience and feedback. Paxton firmly believes that the thing customers most want is an efficient and timely delivery of their project. Yet we also need to be flexible to account for unforseen and additional items that may arise on projects. In order to maintain our high standards we need to take whatever time the demands of the project require, which may exceed the planned amount of time. We simply will not leave until the Works are over and you are entirely satisfied! Hence on acceptance by yourselves, we will give you only a general indication of the expected duration of works and start date. As your project rises to the top of the queue, we will collaborate closely to arrange project dates with you at your convenience. All our onsite staff are experienced professionals and will respect all sensitivites of your home, including leaving the working areas clean and tidy each day.
