We offer twelve months warranty on everything we do, in addition to the warranties on new joinery and double glazing. If necessary we will return time and again until you, as our client, are completely satisfied.

 

We will document and corroborate our interactions with you from first to last, from the production of written estimates, through Notices of Variation and Satisfaction Notices at the end to sign off. All these processes have been developed with the sole intention of reassuring and allowing the customer to remain in control of the processes and costs of the project.
