I have recently employed Paxton Restoration on two projects. The first project involved the restoration of two French Doors. These were original doors dating from about 1820, and their condition had deteriorated. This involved a high level of skill on the part of the 2 members of the Paxton team. The second project involved the maintenance and adjustment of 5 old windows in another part of the house. There were 3 members of that Paxton team.

I was, and am, completely satisfied with the work done by both Paxton teams, which , in the case of the first project, seemed to me to involve a high level of specialist skills. 

In addition I cannot praise too highly the courtesy, helpfulness and thoughtfulness of all members of both Paxton teams, who showed the qualities which you hope those working in your house will demonstrate.

As you know we have the highest regard for the experts from your Company who have worked on the two projects, for their skills, their courtesy and thoughtfulness, helpfulness and all the other qualities you hope those working in your house will demonstrate. Yours have them in full measure.

Callum and Matt did a great job today and Callum yesterday and we are very happy to have our windows back and secure.  They look great. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude again to them.

We are very very pleased about the work. The house is much warmer, and can actually be heated. This has made an enormous difference to our lives. The bookshelves look beautiful and are an important step towards being fully moved in.

Just a note to say thanks to the guys for splendid work on the doors and the bookcase. The house is noticeably snugger and warmer, and the windows look great. The new paint looks terrific on the outside of them. 

The shelves look absolutely fantastic. The details are all beautiful: the shelf-edges, the columns, the cornice. They fit beautifully into a complicated space.

The playroom window in particular is the one we all keep looking at with delight, and have been asking ourselves how we put up with it for so long!

I know that you came out to do a quote, and we put the works off, and as far as you knew, indefinitely. The fact that you didn’t push and let us get there in our own time was a real plus, so thanks for giving us the time and space we needed.

We are very happy with CJ and Tony’s work, it’s great to see the kitchen window with a new lease of life, a working fan light over the French doors, and the bedroom window with a proper repair. They make a great team, and are a pleasure to have around.

I’ve just posted a review. I wouldn’t normally do this, but I was really impressed and happy with the work.

Great customer service and communication. We had all of our sash windows overhauled and our house is warmer and quieter. CJ and Tony took the time to explain what work they had undertaken, showed us how things worked and completed the work professionally and to a very high standard. I just wish all tradespeople showed as much care and attention to detail. Thank you!
