“We were very impressed by Paxton Restoration. They completed a renovation of all the sash windows in our building (a 5 storey, Grade II listed town house on the Howard de Walden Estate in W1). They also replaced some older rotten windows at the same time, and organised the redecoration of the outside of the building, including scaffolding. The total project value was in the region of £38k.

One of the reasons we went with Paxton was because we wanted someone to project manage the whole process, which they did with great efficiency.

The project was completed on time and on schedule, and equally as importantly within the budget allocated. They took their Health & Safety responsibilities seriously and as far as I could tell complied will all relevant legislation including carrying our risk assessments on a daily basis. The quality of their work was excellent and their pricing was very competitive. Any potential cost overruns were discussed as they arose so there were no nasty shocks at the end of the project.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them based on our experience, indeed we continue to use them for all window related maintenance.
